Recreational Gymnastics

Arctic Gymnastics’ recreational gymnastics programs are designed for children or adults that want to learn basic gymnastics skills while keeping fit, building strength, and improving flexibility — but are not interested in gymnastics competition. We offer recreational gymnastics classes and programs to suit any age and skill level:

Recreational gymnasts use most of the same gymnastics equipment that our competition gymnasts use to train such as the spring floor, balance beam, uneven bars, vault, pit, trampoline, and various types of mats.

Recreational gymnastics sessions are 8 or 9 weeks long and new sessions begin year-round. Students are required to prepay session fees when enrolling. Students may join a class in progress and pay a pro-rated fee for the remainder of the session. All students must also pay an annual registration fee that will be pro-rated based on the enrollment date. First time students may receive one free trial class. Military discounts are available for new students.
